During testing the data indicated the right rear shock was generating lots of extra force. All the others looked good. Upon tear down a piece of blue shop rag was found. It must have got in there after the shaft/piston was inserted because is was in the rebound bleed hole which is on top. The debris was removed and re-test data looked good.

Testing after re-build is absolutely required to pick up any anomalies.
